ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Three Cortland wrestlers earned weight-class titles at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Invitational on Sunday. There was no team scoring at the event.
 
David Ensminger (Clifton Park/Shenendehowa) won the 149-point weight class with a 4-0 record. He pinned his first three opponents and won by a 17-4 major decision over RIT's Peter Graham in the finals.
 
Christian Paredes (East Moriches/Connetquot) claimed the 165-pound crown with a 4-0 record, including one pin. Jackson Campbell (East Northport/Northport) went 2-0 with a pin to win the title at 184 pounds.
 
Three other Red Dragons posted second-place finishes. Wyatt Gentzel (Bellport) finished 2-1 with a pin at 125 pounds, Tymothey Murrell (Batavia) was 1-1 with a win in the semis and loss in the finals at 197 pounds, and Chris Ayala (Brentwood) was 2-1 with a pin and technical fall at 285 pounds.
