Kadota-Browner, Kohlhoff Top 10 in Men's 3M, Haberlack 14th in Women's 1M, at NCAA Regional

Alyssa Haberlack finished 14th of 26 divers in the women's 1-meter competition
ITHACA, N.Y. – Cortland sophomore Kazuki Kadota-Browner (Jericho) and junior Kevin Kohlhoff (West Islip) finished ninth and 10th, respectively, in men's 3-meter diving and sophomore Alyssa Haberlack (Long Beach) placed 14th in women's 1-meter diving during the opening day of action at the NCAA Division III Region 4 (Northeast-South) Diving Regionals, hosted by Ithaca.
 
Kadota-Browner finished with a score of 449.20 points and Kohlhoff posted a score of 448.05 points in the 18-diver field. Alfred State's Conor Compton finished first at 578.05 points, followed by Geneseo's Trent Makowiec (545.90) and RIT's Gellert Kish (543.05). The meet continues Saturday at noon with the 1-meter competition.
 
Haberlack was 14th of 26 divers with a score of 354.80 points. Ithaca's Kailee Payne won with 460.60 points, followed by Ithaca's Angela Burke (419.95) and Nazareth's Elizabeth Tripp (409.95). The 3-meter board competition will start Saturday at noon.
