Kadota-Browner 7th, Kohlhoff 9th on 1M at NCAA Diving Regionals; Haberlack 17th on 3M

Kazuki Kadota-Browner finished seventh out of 18 divers on the 1-meter board
ITHACA, N.Y. – Cortland sophomore Kazuki Kadota-Browner (Jericho) finished seventh and junior Kevin Kohlhoff (West Islip) placed ninth out of 18 competitors in men's 1-meter diving and sophomore Alyssa Haberlack (Long Beach) finished 17th of 25 in women's 3-meter diving during the final day of action at the NCAA Division III Region 4 (Northeast-South) Diving Regionals, hosted by Ithaca.
 
Kadota-Browner finished with a score of 450.60 points and Kohlhoff posted a score of 438.30 points on the 1-meter board. Geneseo's Trent Makowiec won the event with 561.40 points. Neither Red Dragon earned one of the six spots at nationals from the weekend.
 
Haberlack ended with a score of 380.25 points on the 3-meter board. Ithaca's Kailee Payne won with 527.30 points, more than 56 points ahead of the runner-up. Seven divers from the regional qualified for nationals based on Friday's and Saturday's results.
