Information for upcoming 2026-27 Cortland Track and Field Weight Throw Clinics is now available online.

The Red Dragons will be conducting their clinics on:

Nov. 22, Nov. 29
Dec. 13, Dec. 20
Jan. 3, Jan. 10, Jan. 17, Jan. 24
(each day from 6-7:30 p.m.)

Throwing Clinics Info/Registration Sheet

The clinics, which are active in nature, are designed to allow high school athletes the opportunity to learn more about the weight throw in SUNY Cortland's Lusk Field House with the supervision and feedback from Cortland coaches and athletes. High school coaches are welcome to register and attend as well. The cost is $40 per athlete per session. There is a limit of 20 participants per session.
