Coach's Corner - Comments from Cortland Head Coach Sulekha Modi Zaug:
On a Wednesday evening after a full day of classes, a big meet Sunday, and gearing up to host the Empire Championships, we did it once again. Last year on this date we broke the school record, and this year by a huge margin. I knew the potential to break records once again was there with the talent of this team, but the fight and the mental toughness they had to put in today to get it done was inspiring. They have been working so hard since the beginning of the school year to perfect their skills, grow consistent, focus their minds and bodies and it's coming together. We have big goals this season and now halfway through our competitions, we all know they can be achieved. Tonight was a great day to be a Red Dragon!
