The SUNY Cortland Women's Gymnastics program will be conducting a pair of youth programs this fall. The programs are fundraisers for the SUNY Cortland Division III women's gymnastics team.

CORTLAND FALL COMMUNITY YOUTH GYMNASTICS PROGRAM

Description:
A community based program that provides instructional, recreational gymnastics to children ages 4-13. It's a co-ed program, and gymnasts from beginners through intermediate/advanced levels are welcome.

The coaching staff is comprised of SUNY Cortland NCAA gymnasts along with professional coaches and pre-professional physical educators. Coaches are fully trained and qualified in teaching and spotting techniques.

Gymnasts should bring a water bottle and wear a leotard or shorts and a t-shirt or tank top.

2026 Dates (Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.):
September - (14 and 16), (21 and 23), (28 and 30)
October - (5 and 7), (12 and 14), (26 and 28)
November -  (2 and 4), (9 and 11), (16 and 18) (30 and Dec. 2)
December - (7 and 9)
(No classes the week of October 19 and Thanksgiving week)

Cost for the 11-week session:
Participants can choose either once a week for $200 total, or twice a week for $375 total.


"MOMMY AND ME" GYMNASTICS PROGRAM

Description:
A program for a parent/guardian and child ages 0-3. A minimum of eight participants are needed to run this class.

These classes will be led by Cortland Gymnastics Education major team members designed for participation from the parent and child to develop the emotional connection, increase social interactions for both, develop fine and gross motor skills, and provide an introduction to basic beginner gymnastics! The classes will start with circle time and songs, then work through the obstacle courses, and end back with circle time, rolls, and more songs! 

2026 Dates (Saturdays from 9-10 a.m.):
September - 12, 19
October - 10, 17, 24, 31
November - 7, 14, 21
