2021: Rachel earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...Cortland's second scorer and 33rd overall to earn all-region honors at the NCAA Div. III Niagara Region Championships...Finished 26th overall as Cortland's second scorer at the SUNYAC Championships...Placed fourth overall as the team's third scorer at the Cortland Short Course Invitational...Cortland's second finisher and eighth overall at the Houghton Highlander Invitational...Finished 36th overall as Cortland's second scorer at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational...Finished 76th overall as Cortland's second scorer at the Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational and 77th overall at the Yellowjacket Invitational.

2020: Member of the program but the season was canceled.

2019: Finished 48th at the SUNYAC Championships...Finished 26th at the Fredonia Invitational...Crossed the finish line in 98th place at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational...Finished 110th at the Harry Anderson Invitational, 142nd at the Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational and 144th at the St. Lawrence Ronald C. Hoffmann Invitational...Crossed the finish line in 167th place at the Yellowjacket Invitational and in 170th place at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Competed at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

High School: Graduated from West Seneca East in 2019...Member of the National Honor Society, French Honor Society and student council...Four-year member of the cross country team...Team captain and team placed second at sectionals her senior year...Four-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Team captain as a senior.
