2018-19: Alana earned second team All-SUNYAC honors...Placed fourth in the 100 breast (personal-best 1:07.63) and finished 11th in the 200 breast (season-best 2:35.06) and 23rd in the 400 IM (season-best 2:28.37) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the second-place 400 IM relay (school-record 3:55.18) and third-place 200 medley relay at the conference meet.

2017-18: Earned third team All-SUNYAC honors...Finished fifth in the 100 breast (personal-best 1:08.76), 13th in the 200 breast (2:37.60, season-best 2:35.33 preliminaries) and 26th in the 200 IM (personal-best 2:25.37) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the third-place 200 medley and fourth-place 400 medley relays at the conference meet.

2016-17: Finished fifth in the 100 breast (personal-best 1:09.90), seventh in the 200 breast (personal-best 2:34.30) and 21st in the 200 IM (personal-best 2:28.46) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the fourth-place 200 medley and 400 medley relay teams at the conference meet.

High School: Graduated from Holland in 2016...Member of the National Honor Society...Received Kiwanis Club of Wales Scholarship...Four-year member of the swim team...Team captain, MVP and set school record in 100 breast as a senior...Two-year member of the indoor track team...Four-year member of the outdoor track team...Two-time team captain...Named Most Improved...Received Excellence Award as a senior.
