High School: Phil graduated from North Rockland in 2016...Three-year member of the track and field team...Named Most Improved and Most Valuable...Earned all-league, all-county and all-section honors...Finished fifth in the 55-meter hurdle relay at the 2016 New Balance Indoor Nationals...Member of second-place 4 x 400 relay at 2015 indoor state meet and fourth-place 4 x 400 relay at the 2015 outdoor state meet...Member of school-record indoor and outdoor 4 x 400 relay teams.
