2021-22: Ryan third team indoor All-SUNYAC honors...Placed third in the heptathlon (personal-best 4,182 points) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted a personal-best 24.17 in the 200 meters at the Susquehanna Invite...Earned second team outdoor All-SUNYAC honors with a runner-up finish in the decathlon (5,378 points) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted personal bests in the long jump (21' 2.75") and the shot put (30' 11.25") at the outdoor conference meet...Scored a personal-best 5,380 points in the decathlon with personal bests in the 100 meters (11.28), 400 meters (51.90) and the pole vault (10' 10") at the Cortland Classic.

2020-21: Earned third team All-SUNYAC honors...Placed third in the decathlon (personal-best 5,223 points) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.

2019-20: Finished ninth in the heptathlon (personal-best 3,868 points) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Recorded a personal-best 19' 10.25" in the long jump at the Conference Tune-Up Invitational.

High School: Graduated from Fayetteville-Manlius in 2019...Competed in track and field at Commack and Fayetteville-Manlius...Section Three champion in the 55-meter hurdles as a senior.

Other: Brother Logan competed in cross country and track and field at Vassar.
