2019-20: Shannon earned All-AARTFC honors with a seventh-place finish in the 800 meters (2:19.85) at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Earned second team All-SUNYAC honors with a runner-up finish in the 800 meters (2:19.70) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Member of the fourth-place 4 x 400 relay team at the indoor conference championships.

2018-19: Earned indoor all-region honors in the 4 x 400 relay...Placed fifth in the 800 meters (2:19.48) to earn All-AARTFC honors and was a member of the second-place 4 x 400 relay team at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Earned second team indoor All-SUNYAC honors...Finished as the runner-up in the 800 meters (2:21.26) and member of the second-place 4 x 400 relay team at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Received outdoor all-region honors in the 800 meters...Placed third in the 800 meters ( personal-best 2:15.83) at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Earned second team outdoor All-SUNYAC honors...Placed second in the 800 meters (2:19.51) and was a member of the fourth-place 4 x 400 relay team at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.

2017-18: Placed sixth in the 800 meters (2:27.61, 2:22.61 preliminaries) and was a member of the fifth-place 4 x 400 relay team at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Finished eighth in the 800 meters (2:22.69, 2:21.36 preliminaries) and was a member of the fourth-place 4 x 400 relay team at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: A 2017 graduate of Our Lady of Mercy...Member of the National Honor Society, the Spanish National Honor Society and the Principal’s List...Four-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Received Women's Sports Foundation Award...Set multiple school records...Team won four league titles...Three-year member of the cross country team...Team won CHSAA A League championship every year.

Other: Member of the Dean's List, President's List and top-five percent of freshman class at Cortland...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society...Father Thomas played football at Albany.
