2019-20: Zach earned All-America and all-region honors in the heptathlon...Named Most Outstanding Performer of the Meet and earned first team All-SUNYAC honors at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Won the high jump (6' 4.75"), finished as the runner-up in the pole vault (personal-best 15' 5"), third in the 60-meter hurdles (personal-best 8.49) and 10th in the long jump (21' 2.75") at the indoor conference meet...Posted personal-best times of 22.70 in the 200 meters and 49.90 in the 400 meters at the Boston University Valentine Invitational.

2018-19: Finished 16th in the heptathlon (4,218 points) at the NCAA Div. III Indoor Championships...Earned indoor all-region honors in the heptathlon...Earned second team All-SUNYAC honors with a runner-up finish in the heptathlon (4,767 points) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Finished 16th in the decathlon (6,256 points) at the NCAA Div. 2017-18: Earned second team All-SUNYAC honors with a runner-up finish in the heptathlon (4,657 points) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Earned outdoor all-region honors in the decathlon...Placed third in the decathlon (5,997 points) at the Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships...Captured the decathlon (6,111 points) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships to earn first team All-SUNYAC honors...Tied for fifth in the high jump (6’ 0.75”) at the outdoor conference meet.

2016-17: Finished fifth in the heptathlon (4,366 points) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Placed fourth in the decathlon (5,673 points) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Graduated from Churchville-Chili in 2016...Competed in indoor track and field for one season...Team MVP...Four-year member of the outdoor track and field team...Two-time team MVP...Placed fourth at state meet in the pentathlon as a senior...Played two years of soccer and one year of basketball.

Other: Uncle Richard Lyons and aunt Judy Lyons are Cortland graduates...Mother Mary Lyons played soccer at St. Bonaventure.
