2022-23: Josh competed in distance events during the indoor season...Posted personal bests in the 3,000 meters (9:14.05) at the indoor Bomber Invitational and in the 5,000 meters (16:17.05) at the indoor Fastrack National Invitational...Finished 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (personal-best 10:03.21) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.

2020-21: Competed in the 10,000 meters at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted a personal-best time of 16:34.39 in the 5,000 meters at the Cortaca Dual Meet...Recorded a personal-best time in the 10,000 meters (33:56.25) at the Cortland Challenge.

High School: Graduated from Cicero-North Syracuse in 2020...Member of the Business Honor Society and student council...Received a CTE in marketing and finance...Scholar Athlete...Two-year member of the indoor track and field team...Earned all-league honors...Three-year member of the outdoor track and field team...Four-year member of the cross country team...Two-time team captain...Earned all-league honors and the Front Runner Award.

Other: Works as a tour guide at Cortland...Won the MUTT 5k and the Cooperstown 5k.
