2021-22: Sam was a member of the eighth-place 4 x 200 relay and 10th-place 4 x 400 relay teams at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Earned third team All-SUNYAC honors as a member of the third-place 4 x 400 relay team at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Finished 13th in the 400 meters (personal-best 1:01.98) at the indoor conference meet...Garnered third team All-SUNYAC honors with a third-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.19) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...All-Niagara Region outdoors in the 400-meter hurdles...Member of the fourth-place 4 x 400 relay team at the outdoor conference meet...Posted personal-best times in the 100 meters (13.10) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.42) at the Cortland Classic.
