Biography
2021-22: Ben competed in the 5,000 meters at the Greg Page Relays and the Conference Challenge Cup Invite during the indoor season...Posted personal-best times in the 5,000 meters (16:36.11) at the Hamilton Invitational and in the 10,000 meters (35:02.75) at the Cortland Red Dragon Open & Multi during the outdoor season.
2020-21: Established personal-best times in the 800 meters (2:23.22) and the 1,500 meters (4:35.33) at the Cortland Cup...Posted career-best times in the 5,000 meters (16:43.62) at the Cortaca Dual Meet and in the 10,000 meters (35:15.42) at the Cortland Challange.
Prior to Cortland: Attended Le Moyne College...Member of the cross country and track and field teams.
High School: A 2018 graduate of Liverpool...Competed on the cross country and track and field teams...Cross country team won a sectional title.
Other: Member of the Dean's List at Cortland...Brother Adam competed in cross country and track at Le Moyne.
