2024-25: Emily earned first team All-SUNYAC honors in two events, second team All-SUNYAC honors in one event, and third team All-SUNYAC honors in one event at the SUNYAC-AMCC Championships...Was a member of the 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay teams that both placed as the top SUNYAC finisher, and third overall, at the combined conference championship meet...Posted a season-best time of 1:01.61 in the finals of the 100 back to touch the wall as the second-best SUNYAC finisher, and fifth overall...Was the third-fastest SUNYAC finisher, and sixth overall, with a season-best time of 2:13.64 in the finals of the 200 back...Recorded a season-best time of 2:18.27 in the finals of the 200 IM to place 10th...Was a member of the 200 free relay team that posted the fifth-fastest time and part of the 400 free relay team that had the sixth-fastest time...Competed in 11 meets during the season for Cortland.

2023-24: Emily garnered second team All-SUNYAC honors for swimming the third leg of the 800 free relay that finished second at the SUNYAC Championships...Also earned third team All-SUNYAC honors in three events; swam the lead leg of the 200 medley relay and 400 medley relays that both finished third, and the anchor leg of the 400 free relay that finished third, at the conference meet...Had individual finishes of fifth place in the 200 back (season-best 2:11.67 in the finals), fifth in the 100 back (personal-best 1:00.52 in the prelims), and 10th in the 500 free (season-best 5:27.99 in the finals)...Competed in 10 meets for the Red Dragons during the season.

2022-23: Emily earned third team All-SUNYAC honors...Placed third in the 200 back (personal-best 2:10.00) and won the "B" final of the 100 back (season-best 1:01.01) and the 500 free (season-best 5:24.20) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the third-place 200 free, 400 free, 800 free and 400 medley relays at the conference meet.

2021-22: Earned second team All-SUNYAC honors...Placed fifth in the 100 back (personal-best 1:00.94) and the 200 back (personal-best 2:11.02) and won the "B" final of the 500 free (personal-best 5:21.12) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the second-place 800 free relay, third-place 400 free relay, fourth-place 400 medley relay and sixth-place 200 medley relay teams at the conference meet.

2020-21: Member of the program but the season was canceled.

High School: A 2020 graduate of St. Lawrence Central...Five-year member of the swim team...Competed in outdoor track for four years.

Other: Daughter of Sharlene and Scott Lantry...Has two siblings, Andrew and Erin.
