2021-22: Sophia earned third team All-SUNYAC honors...Finished 14th in the 100 free (57.70, personal-best 57.45 preliminaries), 15th in the 100 back (personal-best 1:07.03) and 17th in the 50 free (personal-best 25.95) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the third-place 200 free relay team at the conference meet.

High School: Graduated from Garden City in 2021...AP Scholar...Received three scholarships...Member of the National Honor Society, the National Spanish Honor Society and the Principal's List...Four-year member of the swimming and diving team...Earned all-county honors three times...Medley relay team set county record...Competed in county and state championships as a junior...Competed in track for one year.

Other: Named to the Cortland Honors Program...Member of the President's List and top-five percent of her class fall of 2021 at Cortland...Received the Arden P. Zipp Inorganic Chemistry Award at Cortland.
