2024-25: Jack registered personal-best times in two events and a season-best time in one event at the SUNYAC-AMCC Championships...Had a personal-best time of 56.08 seconds in the prelims of the 100-yard backstroke...Finished with a personal-best time of 1:59.88 in the prelims of the 200-yard backstroke...Touched the wall with a season-best time of 4:23.47 in the prelims of the 400 IM...Competed in 12 meets during the season for the Red Dragons...Was chosen as the SUNYAC Swimmer of the Week on Feb. 11.

2023-24: Jack placed sixth in the 400 IM (season-best time of 4:24.99 in the finals), eighth in the 200 back (personal-best 2:01.55 in the finals), and 16th in the 100 back (personal-best 56.28 seconds in the prelims) at the SUNYAC Championships...Competed in 12 meets for the Red Dragons during the season.

2022-23: Jack finished seventh in the 400 IM (personal-best 4:22.82), 11th in the 200 back (2:02.54, personal-best 2:02.47 preliminaries) and 12th in the 100 back (57.03, personal-best 56.88 preliminaries) at the SUNYAC Championships.

2021-22: Finished eighth in the 400 IM (personal-best 4:25.73), 11th in the 200 back (personal-best 2:05.12) and 14th in the 200 fly (personal-best 2:09.38) at the SUNYAC Championships.

High School: A 2021 graduate of Walter Panas...Member of the District Youth Council...Five-year member of the swim team...Named Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Swimmer...Set school records in the 200 free, 500 free and as a member of the 200 free relay...200 free relay team posted a state qualifying time his senior year...Competed in track and field for one year.
