2020-21: Liz finished seventh in the javelin (81' 9") and 10th in the hammer throw (115' 11") at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Recorded personal bests in the discus (98' 8") and the hammer (116' 2") at the Cortaca Dual Meet.

2019-20: Competed in the shot put and weight throw at seven events...Registered personal bests of 34' 0.25" in the shot put and 39' 1.25" in the weight throw at the Conference Tune-Up Invitational.

2018-19: Competed in the shot put and the weight throw during the indoor season...Finished 16th in the javelin (82' 2") and 18th in the hammer (106' 9") at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: A 2018 graduate of Somers...Member of the National Honor Society...Student council vice president, publicity officer, class board treasurer and Educators Rising president...Received the Somers Schools Related Personnel Scholarship, the Adelaide Hunterton Memorial Scholarship, the Andrew LaGrecca Scholarship and the Patrick Casabona Jr. Memorial Scholarship...Four-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Team captain and earned all-league honors three straight years in each...Three-year member of the volleyball team...Team captain and earned all-league, all-conference and all-section honors as a senior.
