2024-25: Adam was named to the Div. III Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Academic All-District team by College Sports Communicators...Placed 11th in the 5,000 meters (16:29.22) and 13th in the 3,000 meters (9:29.07) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Was fourth in the 10,000 meters at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite...Placed sixth in the 3,000 meters at the Kane Invite...Competed in six meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.

2023-24: Adam placed 13th at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters (33:21.75)...Was 13th in the 5,000 meters at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Registered a season-best in the 10,000 meters (33:02.28) at the Danny Curran Invitational...Had a season-best time of 15:41.16 in the 5,000 meters at the Conference Challenge Cup...Competed for the Red Dragons at 10 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2022-23: Adam competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the indoor season...Posted a personal-best time in the 3,000 meters (9:17.20) at the Bomber Invitational...Finished 11th in the 10,000 mneters (personal-best 33:09.82) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted a personal-best 15:43.58 in the 5,000 meters at the Paul Kaiser Classic.

2021-22: Finished 17th in the 5,000 meters (personal-best 16:13.49) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted a personal-best 9:33.29 in the 3,000 meters at the Bomber Invitational...Established a personal-best time of 34:50.53 in the 10,000 meters at the Cortland Classic.

Prior to Cortland: Adam attended Finger Lakes Community College...Named to the Dean's List...Member of the track and field team...Member of the cross country team...Earned all-conference honors...Team won regional title.

High School: Graduated from Williamson in 2019...Member of the honor roll...Two-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Team captain...Competed at sectional championships in both indoor and outdoor...Competed as a member of the 4 x 800 relay team at the indoor state qualifying meet...Four-year member of the cross country team...Team captain...Received Outstanding Athlete Award...Competed at Section Five championships all four years.
