2024-25: Roland qualified for the AARTFC Outdoor Championships in the 110 hurdles and the long jump, finishing 11th in the 110 hurdles (15.16 seconds) and 15th in the long jump (6.72 meters) at the regional outdoor meet...Qualified for the AARTFC Indoor Championships in the 60 hurdles and the long jump, placing 16th in the long jump (6.45 meters) and 27th in the 60 hurdles (8.63 seconds) at the regional indoor meet...Finished third in the 110 hurdles (personal-best time of 15.08 seconds in the prelims), third in the high jump (1.90 meters), and 10th in the long jump (6.36 meters) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Was third in the long jump (6.87 meters), fourth in the high jump (1.90 meters), and sixth in the 60 hurdles (personal-best 8.52 seconds in the prelims) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Garnered third team All-SUNYAC honors in three events at the conference championship meets...Posted a personal-best jump of 6.92 meters to finish second in the long jump at The F.I.R.E. 2023-24: Roland qualified for the AARTFC Outdoor Championships in the long jump, finishing 18th (6.19 meters) at the regional outdoor meet...Claimed the SUNYAC title and first team All-SUNYAC honors with a first-place finish in the high jump (1.80 meters) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Also finished sixth in the 110-meter hurdles (15.77 seconds) and eighth in the long jump (6.44 meters) at the conference outdoor meet...Finished sixth in the high jump (1.80 meters) and seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (8.97 seconds in the finals, 8.95 seconds in the prelims) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Competed for the Red Dragons at 16 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2022-23: Roland finished 14th in the high jump at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Earned third team indoor All-SUNYAC honors...Placed third in the high jump (6' 0.75") and finished 13th in the 60-meter hurdles (personal-best 9.13) and 17th in the long jump (20' 4.25") at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Finished seventh in the high jump (5' 10.75"), eighth in the long jump (21' 4.25"), ninth in the 110-meter hurdles (16.14) and 14th in the triple jump (40' 11") at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted personal bests in the long jump (21' 8"), the triple jump (41' 6") and the 110-meter hurles (15.93) during the outdoor season.

2021-22: Finished 15th in the high jump (5' 11.5") at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Earned first team indoor All-SUNYAC honors...Won the high jump (personal-best 6' 4.75") and placed fourth in the long jump (personal-best 21' 6.25") and seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (personal-best 9.20) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Garnered second team outdoor All-SUNYAC accolades...Placed second in the high jump (6' 0.75"), fifth in the 110-meter hurdles (16.63) and seventh in the long jump (personal-best wind-aided 22' 3.5") at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted a personal-best time of 16.43 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Cortland Classic.
