2025: Lainie was a first team All-SUNYAC honoree...Named to the SUNYAC All-Tournament Team and selected as SUNYAC Tournament MVP...A repeat selection to the Div. III Softball Academic All-District team by College Sports Communicators...Honored by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) as an All-America Scholar Athlete...Played in and started 38 games during the season for Cortland...Finished 37-for-102 (.363) with two doubles, eight RBI, 33 runs scored, and was 10-for-10 on stolen base attempts...Hit safely in 27 games with nine multiple-hit games...Went 3-for-6 with two runs scored against Wisconsin-La Crosse...Batted 2-for-3 with a double, one RBI, and two runs scored in a win over Plattsburgh...Was 2-for-4 with three runs scored in a road win at Oneonta...Batted 2-for-2 against Manhattanville...Finished 2-for-2 with an RBI and two runs scored in a home win over Canton...Became the third player in program history to reach 50 career steals in a road win at Buffalo State...Finished 2-for-3 at New Paltz...Hit 2-for-2 with two runs scored in a win over Potsdam...Was 2-for-3 with a run scored in a win over Buffalo State in the SUNYAC Tournament...Had two hits and two runs in a win over Canton...Drove in a run and scored a run in a win over RPI in the NCAA Div. 2024: Lainie was a Div. III Softball Academic All-District honoree by College Sports Communicators...Played in 35 games with 34 starts for Cortland...Batted 30-for-80 (.375) with one double, eight RBI, 30 runs scored, and was 7-for-7 on stolen base attempts...Posted a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 77 putouts, seven assists, and caught two runners attempting to steal...Hit safely in 24-of-35 games...Went 2-for-3 with one RBI, two runs scored, and two stolen bases in a win over Plattsburgh...Batted 2-for-2 with an RBI in a win over Brockport...Scored two runs and drove in one run in a victory over Geneseo...Went 2-for-2 and scored two runs in a win over Salem State...Batted 2-for-3 with one RBI and two runs scored in a win over Hood...Hit a double and scored a run in a victory over Buffalo State at the SUNYAC Tournament.

2023: Lainie started 36-of-37 games in which she appeared…Batted .355 with 35 runs and five RBI…Led the team with 15-for-15 stolen bases…Went 3-for-3 with three runs in a win against Oswego… Went 4-for-4 with three runs, an RBI and a stolen base in a win against Mt. Aloysius…Went 3-for-3 versus New Paltz...Stole four bases in a win versus Suffolk.

2022: Started all 41 games...Batted .309 with a team-high 35 runs and eight RBI...Led the team with 20 stolen bases in 21 attempts...Went 2-for-4 with five runs and four stolen bases in a doubleheader sweep over Ursinus...Went 3-for-4 with three runs against William Paterson...Went 5-for-5 with two runs in a home doubleheader split versus RPI...Went 2-for-4 at Geneseo and in a win over New Paltz at the SUNYAC Tournament...Went 1-for-3 with two RBI at home versus Geneseo...Went 4-for-6 with two runs and two stolen bases in a doubleheader split at Fredonia...Walked four times and stole two bases in a home victory versus Potsdam...Went 2-for-4 with an RBI against Coe...Went 2-for-6 with three runs and two stolen bases in a doubleheader sweep at Oswego...Went 2-for-3 in a home win versus Brockport.

High School: A 2021 graduate of Yorktown...Member of the high honor roll and the Principal's List...Received the COVID Scholarship...Four-year starter in softball...Earned all-section honors as a senior...Team won a sectional title.
