2024-25: Mike recorded a fifth-place finish in the 800 meters at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships and was sixth in the 800 meters at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships (personal-best time of 1:57.94 in the prelims)...Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth at the Marc Deneault Invitational...Recorded an eighth-place finish in the 800 meters at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite...Competed 11 times during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.

2023-24: Mike placed 22nd in the 800 meters (2:03.61) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted a personal-best time of 56.02 seconds in the 400 meters at the CNY College Challenge. Had a personal-best time of 4:15.32 in the 1,500 meters at the Cortland Classic. 

2022-23: Mike finished 17th in the 800 meters (2:03.59) and was a member of the fifth-place DMR team at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted a personal-best 4:41.97 in the mile at the Bomber Invitational...Competed in the 800 and 1,500 meters during the outdoor season...Posted a personal-best 2:00.22 in the 800 meters at the CNY College Challenge.

2021-22: Posted a personal-best time of 4:48.83 in the mile at the Susquehanna Invite...Ran personal-best times of 2:06.09 in the 800 meters at the Cortland Red Dragon Open and Multi and 4:16.72 in the 1,500 meters at the Cortland Classic.

High School: A 2021 graduate of Newburgh Free Academy...Member of the high honor roll...Four-year member of the track and field team...Section Nine champion as a member of the 4x800 relay...4x800 relay was ranked in the top 10 in the state...Qualifier for AAU Junior Olympics...Three-year member of the cross country team...Member of the soccer team.
