Biography
2018-19: Vanessa earned second team All-SUNYAC honors...Placed sixth in the 100 breast (personal-best 1:09.79) and eighth in the 200 breast (2:33.49, personal-best 2:32.41) and finished 15th in the 200 IM (personal-best 2:18.90) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the second-place 800 free relay team at the conferenc meet.
2017-18: Finished 12th in the 200 breast (season-best 2:37.44), 16th in the 100 breast (season-best 1:12.79) and 22nd in the 200 IM (season-best 2:22.89) at the SUNYAC Championships.
2016-17: Won the “B” final of the 100 breast (personal-best 1:11.61), finished 11th in the 200 breast (personal-best 2:35.26) and 18th in the 200 IM (personal-best 2:22.36) at the SUNYAC Championships.
Prior to Cortland: Attended Genesee Community College.
High School: Graduated from Dansville in 2016...Member of the National Honor Society...Class president and valedictorian...Five-year member of the swim team...Section Five champion.
Other: Member of the President's List. the Political Science Honor Society and Summa Cum Laude at Cortland.
