2019-20: Cabel was a member of the program but did not compete during the season.
2018-19: Finished 11th in the 3,000 meters (8:54.93) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted a personal-best time in the mile (4:22.33) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational...Competed in the 10,000 meters at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Finished 13th in the 5,000 meters (15:40.77) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.
2017-18: Placed eighth in the 3,000 meters (8:51.03) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Earned second team All-SUNYAC honors as a member of the second-place DMR team at the indoor conference meet...Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters (15:27.57) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.
2016-17: Finished 10th in the 3,000 meters (8:59.70) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Missed the outdoor season due to injury.
High School: Graduated from Lindenhurst in 2016...Four-year member of the cross country team...Earned all-county honors three times...Set one school record...Competed in indoor track for four seasons...Set three school records...Competed in outdoor track for three seasons...Earned all-county honors in the steeplechase...Set two school records.
