2019-20: Earned All-America honors in the 800 meters...Received all-region honors in the 800 meters and the 4 x 400 relay...Garnered All-AARTFC accolades with a sixth-place finish in the 400 meters (50.67) and as a member of the third-place 4 x 400 relay team at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Earned first team All-SUNYAC honors by winning the 800 meters (indoor personal-best 1:53.67) and as a member of the first-place 4 x 400 relay team at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted an indoor personal-best time of 50.23 in the 400 meters at the Blue and Orange Invitational and Multi.

2018-19: Earned indoor all-region honors in the 4 x 400 relay...Finished eighth in the 800 meters (1:55.71) to earn All-AARTFC honors and was a member of the fourth-place 4 x 400 relay team at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Earned second team All-SUNYAC honors as a member of the runner-up 4 x 400 relay team at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Placed third in the 800 meters (1:55.97) at the indoor conference meet...Garnered outdoor all-region honors in the 800 meters...Placed fourth in the 800 meters (1:54.78) to earn All-AARTFC honors and was a member of the third-place 4 x 800 relay team at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Finished sixth in the 800 meters (1:58.09, 1:55.03 preliminaries) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted an outdoor personal-best time of 1:52.89 in the 800 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic...Ran an outdoor personal-best time in the 400 meters (49.83) at the CNY College Challenge.

High School: Graduated from Wallkill in 2017...Competed in track and field for five seasons...Ranked eighth nationally and conference record holder in indoor 600 meters as a senior...NYSPHAA silver medalist, finished 10th at the New Balance Nationals and set conference record in the outdoor 800 meters as a senior...Four-year member of the cross country team.
