2018-19: Sam competed during the indoor season only...Finished 13th in the 3,000 meters (11:00.98) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships.

2017-18: Earned third team All-SUNYAC honors as a member of the third-place DMR team at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Finished 11th in the 3,000 meters (10:53.71) at the indoor championship meet...Placed sixth in the 10,000 meters (41:13.06) in her first-ever effort in the event at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Graduated from Sweet Home in 2017...Member of the National Honor Society...Four-year member of the indoor and outdoor track teams...Team captain as a junior and senior...Four-year member of the cross country team...Earned first team All-ECIC honors as a junior and second team All-ECIC honors as a senior...Team captain as a junior and a senior...Team won sectional title her sophomore year.
