Biography
2020-21: Josie was a member of the program but the season was canceled.
2019-20: Competed in the 100 back (season-best 1:02.28), the 200 back (season-best 2:18.37) and the 500 free (personal-best 5:38.39) at the SUNYAC Championships.
2018-19: Earned third team All-SUNYAC honors...Finished 13th in the 200 back (2:17.34, personal-best 2:16.97 preliminaries), 14th in the 100 back (1:03.31, personal-best 1:02.06 preliminaries) and 23rd in the 500 free (5:43.22) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the third-place 200 medley relay team at the conference meet.
High School: A 2018 graduate of New Paltz...Five-year member of the swim team...Competed at state championship.
Other: Member of the Dean's List, President's List and Honors Program and invited to the 2020 Honors Convocation at Cortland...Stepmother Melissa Gruver is a Cortland graduate and swam for the Red Dragons.
