2018-19: Micah earned All-America honors with a runner-up finish in the triple jump (school-record 49' 2.5") at the NCAA Div. III Indoor Championships...Awarded indoor all-region honors in the triple jump...Garnered second team All-SUNYAC honors with a second-place finish in the triple jump (46' 10") at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Earned All-America honors in the triple jump (49' 7") with a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Div. III Outdoor Championships...Received outdoor all-region honors in the triple jump...Captured the title in the triple jump (49' 0.25") at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Earned first team All-SUNYAC honors by winning the triple jump (48' 11.5") at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.

Prior to Cortland: Attended Suffolk Community College...Two-year member of the track and field team...Two-time junior college national champion in the triple jump.
