Individual
Starting this season, the Empire Collegiate Wrestling Conference championship has been expanded to include up to two wrestlers at each weight class from each school, totaling a maximum of 16 wrestlers per weight class. The highest finishing wrestler for a program in a weight class determines the team points.
Also this year, berths into the NCAA Division III Championships on Friday and Saturday, March 15 and 16, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, will be determined at six NCAA Div. III Regional Qualifiers on Friday and Saturday, March 2 and
3. The top-three finishers in each of the 10 weight classes earn a spot at the national championship meet. Cortland, Ithaca, Oneonta and Oswego will compete in the Northeast Regional hosted by WPI, while Brockport, Lycoming, Messiah and RIT compete in the Mideast Regional hosted by Ohio Northern.
