2025: Alessandro was a first team All-Empire 8 honoree...Played in 10 games with nine starts for the Red Dragons...Part of the Cortland secondary that ranked eighth nationally in passing yards allowed (140.2 pass yards allowed per game)...Finished with 43 total tackles, 18 solo, 3.0 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, one interception, one quarterback hurry, and three pass breakups...Had six tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, and one interception in a road win at St. John Fisher...Made a season-high 10 total tackles, five solo, against Grove City...Finished with seven tackles and one quarterback hurry in a home victory over Union...Posted five tackles, 1.0 for loss, in a road win at Morrisville...Tallied five tackles and a pass breakup in a home victory over Utica...Recorded three tackles and forced a fumble at Springfield in the first round of the NCAA Div. 2023: Appeared in all 15 games...Started four times - Cortaca Jug game at Ithaca, NCAA first round at Endicott, NCAA semifinals at Randolph-Macon and NCAA finals versus North Central...Finished season with 39 tackles, 20 solo...Totaled six tackles in the NCAA finals versus North Central...Intercepted a pass and made a season-high seven tackles at home against Brockport...Had three tackles and a forced a fumble at Endicott...Blocked a punt at St. John Fisher.
