Casey Scott

The 2013 season is the fourth for Casey Scott as a member of the Cortland baseball coaching staff. He also serves as Cortland's Coordinator of Athletic Tutoring.

In the summer of 2012, Scott was named the New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL) Coach of the Year after leading the Syracuse Jr. Chiefs to the league title. Prior to Cortland, Scott served as an assistant coach for The College at Brockport for two seasons and also was an assistant coach for the Brockport Riverbats, who won the 2008 NYCBL crown.

A 2007 graduate of Brockport, Scott posted a 9-0 record in two seasons pitching for the Golden Eagles. Scott also attended Dutchess Community College and St. Thomas Aquinas, where he was a member of the baseball teams.
