2024: Adam garnered first team All-SUNYAC honors with a fourth-place finish at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8k time of 26:58.9...Was named the SUNY Scholar Athlete of the Year and SUNYAC Scholar Athlete of the Year for men's cross country...Selected to the Div. III Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Academic All-District team by College Sports Communicators...Placed 43rd at the NCAA Div. III Niagara Region Championships with an 8k time of 26:46.5...Crossed the finish line in sixth place at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational...Recorded his season-best time in a 6k race of 20:45.2 to place 13th at the Oswego Invitational...Competed nine times during the season for the Red Dragons.

2023: Adam was the sixth scorer for Cortland finishing 57th at the NCAA Div. III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships...Finished 28th at the SUNAYC Championships...Crossed the finish line in 13th place at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational...Finished 41st at the Highlander Short Course XC Invitational...Was 44th at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational...Competed at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

2022: Adam was co-recipient of the SUNYAC Elite 20 Award...Member of the program but did not compete due to injury.

2021: Crossed the finish line in 74th place at the SUNYAC Championships...Finished 25th at the John Reif Memorial and 28th at the Cortland Short Course Invitational...Was 54th in the open race at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Finished 104th at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational and 151st at the Yellowjacket Invitational...Competed at the Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

Prior to Cortland: Attended Finger Lakes Community College...Named to the Dean's List...Member of the cross country team...Earned all-conference honors...Team won regional title...Member of the track and field team.
