2024: Paul placed 28th at the SUNYAC Championships...Posted a season-best time in an 8k race of 26:57.8 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle...Crossed the finish line in 17th place at the Oswego Invitational...Recorded a 19th-place finish at the Jessup Jamboree...Placed 36th at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite...Competed eight times during the season for Cortland.

2023: Finished 54th at the SUNYAC Championships...Was Cortland's fifth scorer and 8th overall at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational...Was Cortland's second scorer and 14th overall at the Hamilton Invitational...Finished 34th at the Highlander Short Course Invitational...Crossed the finish line in 46th place at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational.

2022: Paul was a member of the program...Did not compete due to injury.

High School: Graduated from Ward Melville in 2022...Four-year member of the cross country and track and field teams...Earned all-league honors in cross country...Competed at state meet in track as a senior...Cross country and track and field teams won division titles.
