Prior to Cortland: Pipher attended Syracuse University...Named to the Dean's List...Member of the cross country program.

High School: Graduated from Chenango Forks in 2022 with a Regent's Diploma...Member of the National Honor Society and the high honor roll...Three-year member of the cross country team...Team won two sectional titles and finished as the Class C NYSPHSAA runner-up her senior year...Five-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams.

Other: Mother Kathryn competed in swimming at Potsdam.
