Tiffany Hubbard begins her second season as Cortland's field hockey head coach in 2017. In her inaugural season with the Red Dragons in 2016, Hubbard guided the program to a 14-4 record and the SUNYAC regular-season title. The program featured one All-American, three all-region selections, and five All-SUNYAC honorees, along with seven National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) National Academic Squad recipients.
Hubbard came to Cortland after serving as the associate head coach of the field hockey program at Division I Ohio University. Prior to her position with the Bobcats, Hubbard was the field hockey head coach at Division I Georgetown University for seven seasons. The Hoyas received seven NFHCA National Academic Team Awards and placed 66 student-athletes on the NFHCA National Academic Squad during her tenure.
Hubbard earned bachelor’s degrees in business and criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland, where she compiled 102 points in 93 games. A three-time NFHCA second team All-Region selection, she helped lead the Terrapins to three NCAA Div. I Final Fours and the program’s fourth national title as a senior.

A native of Marathon, N.Y., Hubbard competed for the U.S. Under-19, Under-18 and Under-16 field hockey teams and also has been involved in the National Futures program.
Hubbard and her husband, Jay, reside in Endicott with their son, Joshua, and daughter, Joelle.
