High School: Graduated from Orchard Park in 2025...Earned the Scholastic Achievement Award all four years of high school...Graduated with honors...Two-year starting quarterback on the football team...Named to the NYSSWA Class AA All-State team in 2023 and 2024...Buffalo News All-Western New York honorable mention in 2024...Chosen as the Class AA Offensive Player of the Year and a first team Class AA selection in both 2023 and 2024...First team WNY Athletics Large Schools honoree in 2023...Two-time team MVP in 2023 and 2024...Broke school record for most yards in a single game (471)...Three-year starter on the ice hockey team...Team was state runner-up and regional champion in 2024...Named team MVP in 2024...Team claimed Section VI titles in all three years...Greatest sports thrill in high school was scoring a hat trick in the state semifinals to lead the team to victory and reach the state championship game for the first time in school history. 

Other: Son of Ashley and Eric Ciano...Has two siblings, Jack and Luke...Twin brother Jack is also a member of the football team at Cortland...Father Eric played football at Springfield College and is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars after working 15 years for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL).
