Greg Roskos begins his 10th year on Cortland’s coaching staff in 2018. He is the Red Dragons’ associate head coach in addition to being offensive coordinator and offensive line coach.

Under his guidance, the Red Dragons ranked in the top three in their conference in scoring offense six of the last eight years and in the top four in total offense five of the past six seasons. His 2015 unit ranked sixth nationally in team passing efficiency, ninth in completion percentage and 22nd in passing offense.

Roskos came to Cortland from the University of Minnesota, where he was an assistant quarterbacks and quality control coach. The Golden Gophers were selected for the Insight Bowl in 2008, the second of his two seasons with the program.

In 2005 and 2006, Roskos served as a graduate assistant offensive coach at the University of Toledo. The Rockets finished 9-3 and won the GMAC Bowl in 2005. Roskos also was an assistant secondary coach at Patriot League champion and NCAA Division I-AA qualifier Lafayette College in 2004 and was linebackers coach in 2003 for a Muhlenberg College squad that won the Centennial Conference and played in the NCAA Division III tournament.

Roskos graduated from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2002. He was a four-year letterwinner and two-time all-conference selection for the Huskies and was the team’s Defensive MVP when they advanced to the 2000 NCAA Division II championship game. A native of Scranton, Pa., Roskos graduated from West Scranton High School.
