SUNY Cortland Athletics

Ola Adams joins the Cortland coaching staff in 2009. He graduated from Concord University of West Virginia in 2008 and served as a student coach at the school last fall.

Adams was a four-year starting free safety for the Division II Mountain Lions from 2004-07. He earned All-West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC) honors three times and was named All-Northeast Region twice. A native of Reston, Virginia, Adams lettered in football, basketball and track at South Lakes High School.
