The 2017 season is Nick Acquaviva’s first as an assistant coach as a member of the Cortland men’s lacrosse coaching staff. Prior to Cortland, Acquaviva served as an assistant coach at Lycoming College from 2012-13 and Pfeiffer University from 2014-16.
Acquaviva, who earned a bachelor’s degree from New England College in 2011, was a five-year member of the Pilgrims’ men’s lacrosse team. He finished his career with 3,865 minutes played and 789 saves and ranks fifth and tied for 24th, respectively, all-time in Div. III in those categories.
A native of Liverpool, N.Y., Acquaviva competed in lacrosse and football at Cicero-North Syracuse High School.
