Dylan Kilpatrick enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Cortland men's and women's soccer teams in 2025 after joining the men's program in the Spring 2024 semester. Kilpatrick works primarily with the goalkeepers, and is also working towards a master's degree in sport management from SUNY Cortland.
A native of Westchester, NY, Kilpatrick came to Cortland after spending two seasons as head coach of the soccer team at Canajoharie High School in 2022 and 2023. He transformed the program in his two-year tenure, and is also the program's all-time wins leader. Kilpatrick also served as a coach for the New York City Football Club (NYCFC) Youth Academy from 2018 to 2022, and has been coaching at the club level since he was 16.
A 2022 graduate of Mercy University with a degree in sport management, Kilpatrick was a member of the club team as a striker. He has also played overseas for Linfield FC and Markethill Swifts FC in Northern Ireland.
Kilpatrick holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF)Â C coaching license.
