After a four-year career with the Red Dragons, E.J. Reutemann enters his fifth year on Cortland's coaching staff in 2016. Reutemann played in 70 games in his four seasons at Cortland from 2008-11. He led the team in assists as a junior and senior and was selected as a team captain in his final season.

A native of Clifton Park, N.Y., Reutemann, who earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management from the College in 2012, won a Class AA state title at Shenendehowa High School.

He currently is the head coach of the Ithaca High School girls’ varsity soccer program and is pursuing his master’s degree at the College. A true student of the game, Reutemann holds an NSCAA Advanced National  Diploma.
