Sam Guider joins the Cortland men’s soccer coaching staff in 2016 after a four-year playing career as a forward at Fredonia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology.

Guider, who also serves as Cortland’s assistant strength and conditioning coach, previously coached for the YLS Academy during the summers of 2010-12.

A native of Webster, N.Y., Guider, who is pursuing his master’s degree at the College, played three seasons of soccer at Webster Thomas.
