2024-25: Ben registered personal-best times in three events and season-best times in two events at the SUNYAC-AMCC Championships...Posted personal-best times of 23.11 seconds in the 50 free, 50.25 seconds in the 100 free, and 4:57.47 in the 500 free...Finished with season-best times of 1:49.93 in the 200 free and 18:05.65 in the 1,650 free...Competed at 11 meets during the season for the Red Dragons. 

2023-24: Ben competed in 11 meets for Cortland during the season...Had personal bests in the 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, and 1,650 free at the SUNYAC Champioships.

2022-23: Ben competed in the Pumpkin Relays, the Snowflurries Invitational, the RPI Invitational and dual meets during the season...Established personal bests in the 100 free (52.53), the 200 free (1:52.47) and the 500 free (5:08.92) in a dual meet versus Fredonia.

2021-22: Competed in dual meets, the Pumpkin Relays and the Snowflurries Invitational.

High School: A 2021 graduate of Starpoint...Member of the National Honor Society...Three-year member of the swimming and diving team...Competed in ECIC Championships all three years and Class B Championships twice...Received Unsung Hero Award and Sportsmanship Award...Three-year member of the cross country team...Received Sportsmanship Award.

Other: Has placed first and third in his age group in triathlon competitions.
