2024-25: Jack garnered first team All-SUNYAC honors in four events, second team All-SUNYAC honors in one event, and third team All-SUNYAC honors in one event at the SUNYAC-AMCC Championships...Was a member of the 200 free relay team that claimed the SUNYAC title...Part of the 800 free relay, the 400 medley relay, and the 400 free relay teams that each finished second, and as the top SUNYAC finisher, at the combined conference championship meet...Was the second-fastest SUNYAC finisher, and fourth overall, in the 100-yard freestyle with a season-best time of 47.71 seconds...Touched the wall as the third-fastest SUNYAC finisher, and fifth overall, in the 50-yard freestyle (season-best time of 21.40 in the prelims)...Placed seventh in the 200 free with a personal-best time of 1:46.49 in the finals...Competed in 11 meets during the season for Cortland.

2023-24: Jack earned second team All-SUNYAC honors as a member of the second-place 200 free relay team, and third team All-SUNYAC recognition in two other relays; for swimming the second leg of the 400 free relay and anchoring the 200 medley relay that both finished third at the SUNYAC Championships...Placed fifth in the 50 free finals with personal-best time of 20.99 seconds, finished eighth in the 100 free (set a personal best of 47.36 seconds in the prelims), and was 11th in the 200 free (personal best 1:46.94 in the finals) at the conference meet...Competed at 12 meets for Cortland during the season.

High School: Jack is a 2023 graduate of Aquinas Institute...Four-year member of the swim team...Qualified for state championship meet...Competed for three years, including to as a starter, at centerback for the soccer team.
