2025-26: James was selected as the SUNYAC Rookie of the Year...Won the SUNYAC title and earned first team All-SUNYAC honors in one event, and garnered second team All-SUNYAC honors in three events, at the SUNYAC Championships...Claimed the SUNYAC title in the 500 free with a personal-best time of 4:37.97 in the finals...Finished second in the 1,650 free with a personal-best mark of 16:28.68 in the finals...Swam a personal-best 1:43.16 in the finals of the 200 free to finish in second place...Member of the 400 free relay team that finished in second place at the conference championship meet...Part of the 400 medley relay team that finished 11th...Competed in 10 meets during the season for Cortland.
