2022-23: Lance was named to the NCAA Div. III Men's Swimming and Diving Academic All-District team...Finished 13th in three-meter diving (418.15 points) and 16th in one-meter diving (377.90 points) at the NCAA Div. III Region 4 Diving Regional...Placed fourth off the one-meter board (434.20 points) and fifth off the three-meter board (437.45 points, 448.20 points preliminaries) at the SUNYAC Championships...Posted personal-best scores of 456.08 points in one-meter diving and 459.08 points in three-meter diving in dual meets.

2021-22: Finished 12th on the one-meter board (396.85 points) and 16th on the three-meter board (374.35 points) at the NCAA Div. III Region 4 Diving Regional...Placed sixth in one-meter diving (438.60 points) and three-meter diving (452.30 points) at the SUNYAC Championships.

2020-21: Member of the program but the season was canceled.

High School: A 2020 graduate of Shenendehowa...Five-year member of the swimming and diving team...Placed fourth at sectionals and competed at state meet as a junior...Finished sixth at sectional meet as a senior...Two-time Diver of the Year.

Other: Member of the President's List and ranked in top-five percent at Cortland...Received the program's Red Letter Award as a freshman...Uncle David Merwitz is a Cortland graduate.
