SUNY Cortland Athletics

2022-23: Madi earned third team All-SUNYAC honors...Won the "B" final of the 200 back (season-best 2:12.29) and finished 10th in the 100 back (personal-best 1:01.36) and 11th in the 50 free (personal-best 25.31) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the third-place 400 free relay team at the conference meet...Posted a personal-best in the 100 free (54.39) in the opening leg of the relay.

2021-22: Earned second team All-SUNYAC honors...Placed second in the 200 IM (personal-best 2:10.39), third in the 200 free (personal-best 1:55.90) and fourth in the 200 back (personal-best 2:10.65) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the second-place 800 free relay, the third-place 200 free relay and 400 free relay and fourth-place 400 medley relay teams at the conference meet.

2020-21: Member of the program but the season was canceled.

High School: A 2020 graduate of Gates Chili...Member of the National Honor Society and the Tri-M Music Society...Received multiple awards, the Willow Pickard Scholarship and the Sports Boosters Scholarship...Five-year member of the swim team...Set four school records and competed at state championships...Won Sectional Sportsmanship Award three times.

Other: Father Matthew competed in swimming at Auburn Community College and Monroe Community College...Uncle Mark Monaghan competed in swimming at Geneseo.
