2024-25: Norah posted season-best times in two events and a personal-best time in one event at the SUNYAC-AMCC Championships...Touched the wall with season-best times of 26.61 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle and 1:17.83 in the 100-yard breaststroke...Finished with a personal-best time of 59.20 seconds in the 100 free...Appeared in eight meets during the season for the Red Dragons.

2023-24: Norah finished 20th in the 100 breast (season-best 1:19.78), 29th in the 50 free (season-best 27.73 seconds), and 30th in the 100 free (season-best 1:01.69) at the SUNYAC Championships...Competed in 12 meets for Cortland during the season.

2022-23: Norah finished 22nd in the 100 free (season-best 59.79) and 29th in the 50 free (season-best 26.73) at the SUNYAC Championships.

High School: Graduated from Shenendehowa in 2022...Five-year member of the swim team...Team won two sectional titles and was ranked first in the state...Member of the basketball team.
