2022-23: Sam earned second team All-SUNYAC honors...Placed eighth in the 100 free (48.32, personal-best 47.82 preliminaries) and finished 11th in the 50 free (season-best 21.80) and the 100 fly (53.85, season-best 53.68 preliminaries) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the second-place 200 free and 200 medley and third-place 400 free relays at the conference meet.

2021-22: Earned first team All-SUNYAC honors...Finished eighth in the 50 free (21.96, personal-best 21.74 preliminaries), the 100 free (48.93, personal-best 48.07 preliminaries) and the 100 fly (53.59, personal-best 53.14 preliminaries) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the winning 200 medley relay, the third-place 200 free relay, 400 free relay and 400 medley relay teams at the conference meet.

2020-21: Member of the program but the season was canceled.

High School: Graduated from Irondequoit in 2020...Member of the honor roll...Five-year member of the swim team...Two-time team MVP...Three-time honorable mention All-Greater Rochester...Five-time sectional qualifier...Earned Monroe County All-League honors three times...Qualified for NYS championships.

Other: Named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll...Member of the Dean's List at Cortland.
